Multi-organization and intermediary use: Consultants, agencies, service providers, fiscal sponsors, associations, networks, and other intermediaries may not use one Organization Edition purchase to deploy, provide, administer, or reproduce the Amber workbook or system for multiple client, member, sponsored, affiliated, or otherwise separate organizations. Each legally separate organization requires its own applicable license unless Amber Asset House has granted a separate written multi-organization, portfolio, commercial, or enterprise license.
The purchaser retains ownership of its original data and content entered into the workbook. Amber Asset House retains all rights in the original template, system design, structure, instructions, and other Amber-created content.
